How do you get the Padjali weapon outside of potd?

Pretty certain you need to have cleared floor 50, and have rather pool arm/armor at 50+, then talk to the short guy exterior of PotD

Edit: it'due south 30/30 for aetherpool, not 50/50

It can only be caused by doing PotD. The vendor who you merchandise your aetherpool to is standing outside the entrance to PotD.

You need to accept a Arm & Armor rating of xxx/30 and so yous talk to the NPC with horns next to the Horde Priest and inquire to merchandise in your Palace level for the weapon. If you want the Red version aka Kinna Weapons you exercise the same thing but need sixty/60 in Arm & Armor.
